The Quality Policy is achieved through:
- Management and staff involvement and commitment to providing high quality work and excellent professional service to our clients, while controlling costs and meeting deadlines.
- Allocation of sufficient resources in a timely manner to Pegasus staff to meet the quality objectives.
- Development of staff competency, creativity, empowerment and accountability.
- Implementation of quality practices through independent third-party quality oversight for all work and improvement of product quality by reviewing, monitoring, and communicating quality objective measures.
- Provision of quality-oriented training annually and/or as required for implementation of quality-related policies and procedures.
- Establishment of measurable quality objectives for each research project to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Encouragement of structured feedback from staff and clients.
- Revision of the quality management system and periodic assessment of quality system key components for continual improvement.
